Where do you get your products?
We have a direct supply from the Victoria Avdeeva Store! Shipping to UK is very costly, which is where we come in! Buy her products, with straightforward Royal Mail Delivery!
Delivery and shipping?
- We use Royal Mail, Tracked 48 to be exact, and aim to send orders asap!
- We hand pack everything ourselves! Your order will arrive in either a bubble-mailer or small box, depending on quantity ordered.
- Shipping cost is currently the same across all orders, we are working on making sure it is as fair and accurate as possible. Anywhere in the UK is currently covered!
- If you have any concerns/questions/thoughts or want to place an order abroad - Contact our sales advisor through the email below.
Returns? What if you're unsatisfied?
- We always aim to ensure we send items packaged safely, and in unopened/brand new condition.
- We cannot always guarantee refunds or accept returns, this applies to our sealed items that for health/hygiene reasons cannot be returned once they have been opened.
- If something is not quite right - email us your order number, the issue and any relevant info or pictures, we will do our best to resolve the problem.
